These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our Farm.
All bookings require 50% deposit to secure the reservation. The deposit amount may vary depending on the room rate, length of stay, and time of year. The remaining balance of the reservation is due at check-in.
Any cancellations or modifications to the reservation must be made at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date to avoid a penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will result in a charge of one night’s room rate.
Check-in and Check-out Policy Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. Guests must be 18 years or older to check-in.
Only cash is accepted for payment. Bank Transfer payment is also accepted before check-in.
Our Farm is a smoke-free property. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms, public areas, and designated smoking areas. A cleaning fee of 500 DH will be charged for smoking in a non-smoking room or area.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the room or Palm Grove Farm property during their stay. We reserves the right to charge for any damages, including but not limited to smoking in non-smoking rooms, missing items, and excessive cleaning.
We are committed to protecting the privacy of our guests. Personal information collected during the booking process will only be used to secure the reservation and for communication related to the reservation. We will not share or sell guest information to third parties.
Palm Grove Farm is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during your stay. We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur on the Farm property.
