Children can use the pool anytime throughout the day: Monday to Sunday: 09.00 am to 18:00


1 Can I cancel my reservation?
If you book directly on our website, you can cancel free of charge 5 days before arrival time. Please call us on 06 66 24 87 27
2 Do you charge for cancellations?

The cancellation policy of Palm Grove Farm varies according to the time of year. In the high season, we apply a stricter policy than during the low season.

General Information

1 Is there wireless internet access?

Yes. We have wifi available for guests.

2 Can we bring our pet ?

Pets are not allowed at the Farm.

3 Do you have any discount code?

Occasionally we make discounts that require the use of a promotional code in the booking process. We report these discounts to our registered customers. Register now and stay updated so you don’t miss a thing!

4 I need an invoice for my stay.

You will automatically receive the invoice for your stay by email.

5 What time can I check-in and check-out?

Standard check-in time is at 2 PM and check-out at 12 PM. Kindly note that check-in time may be shifted to 3:00 PM during high occupancy periods. 

6 Does Palm Grove have a lost property?

Yes, we have a lost property and if anything is found, we store this for up to 6 months with details of when and where it was found.

1 I have made a room booking. What happens next?

Once the room booking and payment process is completed, we will send a confirmation email (on the email address you have registered while making the booking). Please take a print out of the confirmed voucher and present it when you arrive during the check-in.

2 How many rooms can I book at once?

You can book as many rooms as are available for selected period.

3 How can I book?

We propose you to make your reservation through our official website. I you need some help, don’t hesitate to call us on 06 66 24 87 27.

4 I haven’t received a reservation confirmation email.

In some cases, it may be sorted into the spam folder, or it may not be possible to receive it in your email settings.

Rooms and Rates

1 What is the difference between a ‘Twin room’ and a ‘Double room’?

A ‘Twin room’ will have 2 separate single or queen sized beds while a ‘Double room’ will have one king size bed.

2 Do you charge any fees for your services?

No, Palm Grove Farm doesn’t charge any fees for its services. Our service is completely free of charge and we will not add to your accommodation any additional fee for our service.

3 Are the rates on your web site per person or per room?

The price is always per room, the only exception are the extra guest who are added to the accomodation.

4 Can we get an extra bed or baby cot in our room ?

Extra beds can be booked in advance at an additional cost. Not all room types can accommodate extra beds, so please be aware that you may need to upgrade to a larger room. Baby Cots are supplied free of charge. Any cots or extra beds must be booked in advance of arrival on 06 66 24 87 27.

5 Do the rooms have a safe ?

The rooms do not have a safe. In five years, we have never had a problem with theft. Our small team is loyal and reliable.

6 Up to what age do children stay free of charge?

Children of up to 2 years of age stay free of charge. 

7 Can I smoke in my room?

Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is not permitted in the bedrooms or public areas of the farm.
